1. Services
viralcut provides online software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools designed to assist Users in generating and integrating AI voiceovers and subtitles into their video content. Such tools include, without limitation, AI text-to-speech generation, timing synchronization, and subtitle styling.
The Free plan permits Users to create a limited number of videos per month, with restrictions on the available AI voices and subtitle styles, and includes a mandatory viralcut watermark on the final Generated Content.
The maximum processing length for any single video file is five (5) minutes. viralcut reserves the right to reject or fail processing for videos exceeding this limit.
The Services are intended solely for the personal and professional use of individual Users. Commercial exploitation, including but not limited to reselling, sublicensing, or providing third-party access to the Services without prior written consent from viralcut, is strictly prohibited.
Users are expressly prohibited from creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing free usage limits or obtaining unauthorized credits. Any such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
viralcut reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. While viralcut may provide notice of material changes, the User acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to regularly review these Terms & Conditions for updates.
2. Accounts
To access most features of the Services, Users are required to register an account by providing a valid email address and accurate personal details. By creating an account, Users gain the ability to upload and process videos, manage their text scripts (prompts), and utilize the generation tools.
By registering, Users represent and warrant that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Users shall not sell, share, transfer, or otherwise permit third parties to use their accounts. The creation of multiple accounts to bypass free usage limits, or any similar abuse, is expressly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
viralcut reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or otherwise threatens the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Services.
3. Plans & Payments
viralcut offers subscription-based access under several tiers, including but not limited to Free, Standard, Pro, and Agency plans (collectively referred to as the 'Plans'). The scope of services, features, and limitations associated with each Plan are described on reelvideoai.io and may be updated by viralcut at its sole discretion.
Paid Plans consist of a subscription fee plus usage-based fees. The User agrees to pay a base subscription fee, which includes a predetermined allotment of generated content minutes. Additional content generation beyond this allotment will be billed based on the then-current per-minute rate. All fees are in accordance with the pricing and billing terms set forth at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, all subscription and usage fees are non-refundable and are charged in advance for the applicable billing cycle.
Subscriptions shall automatically renew at the end of each billing period for successive periods of equal duration unless the User cancels the subscription prior to the renewal date through the designated account settings page. The User hereby authorizes viralcut to charge the selected payment method for the applicable renewal and usage fees without the need for further consent.
viralcut reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify the pricing of any Plan, introduce new Plans, or discontinue existing Plans. Any such modifications shall take effect upon posting on reelvideoai.io or upon direct notification to the User. Continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the User shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only taxes based solely on viralcut’s income.
4. Data & Privacy
By using the Services, the User acknowledges and agrees that viralcut may collect, process, and store uploaded video files, input text/scripts (prompts), and settings (collectively, the 'User Data'). viralcut shall store User Data in a secure manner consistent with industry standards.
viralcut does not use the User Data, including uploaded videos or input text scripts, to train, enhance, or improve its artificial intelligence models or related technologies.
User Data shall remain accessible to the User in the form and format uploaded. viralcut shall not modify, alter, or delete any substantive content of the User Data without the User’s explicit consent, except as necessary for the provision of the Services.
Upon termination or deletion of the User’s account, viralcut shall permanently delete all associated User Data from its active systems, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Backups or residual copies may persist in backup archives for a limited duration but shall be securely destroyed thereafter.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, databases, design, trademarks, trade names, and domain names of viralcut (collectively, the 'viralcut IP'), are and shall remain the exclusive property of BrainCode Sp. z o.o. and its licensors.
Except as expressly provided herein, no license, right, or interest is granted to the User with respect to the viralcut IP. The User shall not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the viralcut IP without the prior written consent of BrainCode Sp. z o.o.
The User warrants that they own all necessary rights to the video content and any third-party elements uploaded to the Service ('Uploaded Video Content').
All input text scripts, settings, and processing instructions provided by the User ('Prompt Data') are considered the exclusive intellectual property of BrainCode Sp. z o.o., even if the Prompt Data was created or formulated by the User.
The generated AI voiceovers and subtitles, as integrated into the Uploaded Video Content ('Generated Content'), shall be deemed the property of the User. Upon payment of all applicable fees, the User is granted a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Generated Content for any commercial purpose, including use in monetized media and advertising, provided such use does not violate Section 6.
Attribution of authorship ('Watermark') is mandatory only for content generated under the Free Plan. All paid Plans are exempt from this requirement.
The AI voice models used in the Service are sourced from a third-party provider (ElevenLabs). The User acknowledges that their use of these voices is subject to the licensing and usage policies of the third-party provider, and viralcut disclaims all liability related to the underlying licensing of these voice models.
6. Prohibited Use
The User agrees to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the User shall not, whether directly or indirectly:
- Upload video content or input text scripts containing hate speech, defamatory material, scenes of violence, or content that promotes illegal activities.
- Use the service to generate audio/video content that constitutes a 'deepfake' or mimics the voice of any public figure or person without their express written consent, regardless of the underlying voice model being used.
- Engage in spamming, abusive, harassing, or otherwise unlawful activities.
- Attempt to hack, probe, scan, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services or any related systems.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, access restrictions, or security measures implemented by viralcut.
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise provide third parties with access to the Services without the prior written consent of viralcut.
- Share, transfer, or permit the use of an account by any person other than the registered account holder.
- Create multiple accounts, whether manually or through automated means, in order to bypass free usage limitations or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Services.
- Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the proper functioning of viralcut or its infrastructure.
The User shall indemnify and hold viralcut harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the User's breach of this Section.
viralcut reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Section and may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to the Services, and/or pursue legal remedies.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viralcut disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
viralcut does not warrant or guarantee that use of the Services will result in any specific commercial outcome, revenue, or audience engagement. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving the quality, accuracy, and legal compliance of any Generated Content before publishing or distributing it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, viralcut shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of business opportunities, loss of revenue, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of viralcut, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the total amount paid by the User to viralcut in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. AI Disclaimer
The User acknowledges and agrees that the Services incorporate the use of artificial intelligence ('AI') and machine learning technologies to generate voiceovers and subtitles. While viralcut employs commercially reasonable efforts to ensure functionality, the User understands that AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in timing, pronunciation, intonation, or subtitle transcription.
viralcut makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated content for the User’s specific needs. All outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes only.
The quality of the final voiceover is highly dependent on the settings and input parameters selected by the User. viralcut disclaims all responsibility and liability for poor voice quality, incorrect accentuation, or any other output issues resulting from the User's choice of settings or Prompt Data.
The final responsibility for reviewing, editing, and approving any Generated Content rests solely with the User. viralcut shall not be held liable for any consequences, including but not limited to legal action, reputational harm, fraud, libel, or third-party intellectual property infringement, arising from the User's reliance on or illegal use of the Generated Content.
9. Fair Use Policy
viralcut provides a Free plan to allow Users limited access to certain features for evaluation and non-commercial purposes. To maintain the integrity of the Services, viralcut enforces a Fair Use Policy.
Under this policy, the User shall not create or maintain multiple accounts in order to gain additional free credits, bypass monthly video creation limits, or otherwise exploit the Free plan. Any such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
viralcut reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor usage, investigate suspected violations, and suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Free plan or otherwise act inconsistently with this Fair Use Policy.
10. Termination
viralcut may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate a User’s account and access to the Services for violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm the integrity or reputation of viralcut.
Upon termination by viralcut, the User shall immediately cease all use of the Services. Any rights granted to the User under these Terms shall automatically terminate, except for those provisions which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination (including but not limited to Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Liability, and Governing Law).
The User may terminate their own account at any time by using the account deletion functionality provided within the Services. Upon such termination, all associated User Data shall be permanently deleted from active systems in accordance with Section 4 (Data & Privacy).
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them, their interpretation, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The parties irrevocably agree that the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or their subject matter. Each party hereby waives any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.
12. Changes
viralcut reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting on reelvideoai.io, unless otherwise stated.
viralcut will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of material changes, which may include notifications via the Services, email, or other appropriate communication channels. It is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure ongoing compliance.
Continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes the User’s full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
